The work, in three frames
Everything here can be checked.
An estimate here starts with materials. Then hours times rate times number of workers, times a complexity multiplier that runs from 1.0 to 1.6. Then the site itself: truck access, uneven ground, work at height, weather risk, travel distance. Margin comes last.
The same sidewalk, same square footage, moves more than half in price depending on what sits around it.
A range published here would be wrong most of the time. Anyone who publishes one for this work is guessing or planning to cut a corner. Call and we price your site, not an average.
